Porn star flashes judge to try to prove arrest abuse

A hairdresser who moonlights as an adult-film actress and escort flashed a Florida judge in court while trying to show she was beaten up by police on Thursday.
Susan Marie Surrette appeared before a judge in Broward County, Florida, on August 20 on a charge of disorderly intoxication.
Surrette, a hairdresser, also operates a website in which she advertises herself as "Kayla Kupcakes," a porn star, escort and private dancer.
Surrette claimed she experienced police brutality, and told the judge she had evidence.
"I've been beaten up, beaten up tonight by police," Surrette told the judge. "The police also -- and also this too, from somebody who put me on the ground," she says as she lifts her shirt, exposing her breasts to the court.
"Oh my lord," the judge replies.
She told the judge she has a medical condition.
"She's somebody that needs help. I mean, she's not going to get the treatment that she needs at the jail," Surrette's attorney told the judge.
The judge set her bond at $100, according to WPLG.
