EUGENE, Ore. -- (KCPQ) -- A woman has been arrested in Eugene after a construction worker says he lifted the lid of a portable toilet and saw her down below.
The Register-Guard reports Treasure Dawn Shockey ran when police tried to talk to her Saturday morning. Eugene police say a female told them she saw the 27-year-old Shockey run through her yard and climb a fence onto Eugene Swim and Tennis Club property.
