Some people like to dress up on Halloween to show off their creativity. Some really like the anonymity a disguise provides. But that anonymity goes out the window when festive revelry goes too far and they end up in police public records.
Here's a selection of some unfortunate and unidentified souls in costume who spent a portion of Halloween night getting booked by police. All detainees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
