Update: Arkansas State University armed individual taken into custody

JONESBORO, Ark. -- (KLRT) -- Arkansas State University reported an "active shooter" on campus on Thursday afternoon.
The shooter was reported at the Student Union, according to the university's Twitter account.
ASU reported that the individual with the weapon has been surrounded by police, and no shots have been fired. No injuries have been reported, the university tweeted.
Students were ordered to evacuate to the west side of the building and clear the area.
