BRONX, N.Y. -- (WPIX) -- Unlike nearly every other child in the New York City schools system, Ahmed Mbaye has been stuck at home the last three weeks.
In fact he's barely able to move around and needs a walker to do so. The reason?
“Me and kid was playing UNO [in the classroom] so he lost and he got mad and started cursing at me,” said Mbaye in an exclusive interview with PIX 11 News. “So I cursed at him back and said don't curse at me and then the teacher came and didn't do nothing to the boy, sent me to my seat and got in my face and started screaming at me. So I went to the door to go to Mr. Page's room and do my work there and then he grabbed me and bent my leg.”
