Man hangs Santa from noose in yard display

FARMINGTON, Penn. -- (KSTU) -- A man who put a Santa Claus dummy in a noose said his reasons were misunderstood.
The Santa dummy has blacked out eyes and an apparent broken neck and is getting a lot of attention.
“It's just sick I think, because Christmas is supposed to be about the lord and we're supposed to be about enjoying and happiness and peace and love,” neighbor Ellen Huseman said. “Awful thing to show to children too, I believe.”
