Deputy delivers baby in parking lot of police services building

PATTERSON, Calif. -- (KTXL) -- Thursday morning started off a little differently for one Patterson deputy.
Deputy Briggs arrived in the back parking lot of Patterson Police Services and was stopped by a man and woman in a vehicle.
The woman was in labor.
Briggs called for an ambulance and fire crew to respond.
