Police chief's message to killers of nephew: 'Enjoy your last freaking days'

HARRISBURG, Penn. -- (WPMT) -- "To the people that took my nephew's life for no reason, we're coming after you with SWAT clothes, guns and gears, and everything. So, enjoy your last freaking days.”
That's how Harrisburg Police Chief Thomas Carter ended an impromptu speech at the vigil for his nephew John Carter.
John Carter was killed at the intersection of Woodbine and Susquehanna Streets in Harrisburg on Saturday afternoon.
