Video shows man snatching 4-year-old girl away from mother inside Victorville store

VICTORVILLE, Calif. -- (KTLA) -- A man has been arrested in connection with snatching a 4-year-old girl as she stood next to her mother inside a store in Victorville, authorities announced Wednesday.
Terry Ransom, 24, of Hesperia was taken into custody Friday on suspicion of kidnapping and child cruelty, according to Mara Rodriguez, a spokeswoman for the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, in Victorville.
Surveillance video from inside the store shows the terrifying moment when the girl was abruptly pulled away.
