Yoga instructor not guilty of bar-mitzvah flashing, oral sex

Court documents show Lindsey Radomski is seeking $5 million in damages plus at least $100,000 in legal fees, medical expenses and punitive damages, KNXV ABC 15 reports.

A female yoga instructor was on trial, accused of flashing underage boys, even allegedly performing a sex act on one of the teens, at a bar mitzvah. Jason Mattera went to Arizona for the woman's first exclusive in-depth sit-down interview.

Lindsey Ann Radomski doesn't dispute she was drinking on that night in March 2015 -- but she says that's just part of the story.

It started when Radomski's boss and best friend -- the owner of the yoga studio where she worked -- invited her to her 13-year-old son's bar mitzvah at their home in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Radomski admits she flashed the crowd when she was asked to reveal her new breast implants -- implants that she claims were paid for by two people: Her yoga studio boss and her husband. But Radomski says she didn't illegally expose her enhancement because she was wearing pasties underneath her tank-top.

As the night of the bar mitzvah wore on, Radomski says she felt too drunk and hazy to drive home, so she spent the night at her boss's house. She claims while she was asleep, seven of the boys crept into her room and started fondling her.

But cops say it was the other way around, that Radomski actually invited the boys in, showed them her breasts and even performed oral sex.

Her boss and soon to be ex-best-friend turned her in, and Lindsey Ann Radomski was arrested.

At her arraignment on multiple felony charges that could have sent her to prison for 12 years, Radomski pleaded not guilty.

The charges were later reduced to misdemeanors, including indecent exposure, public sexual indecency and disorderly conduct.

At the trial, the boys testified against Radomski.

Radomski's defense attorney, Jocquese Blackwell, shocked the courtroom when he claimed that Radomski was the victim. He claimed one of the kids at the party slipped a date-rape drug in her drink.

On a bombshell audio recording only heard on Crime Watch Daily, the mom of one of the boys at the party seems to support Radomski's contention. We've distorted the woman's voice to protect her and her child's identity. (Crime Watch Daily could not authenticate the recording.) Radomski's attorney couldn't use it at the trial because it is hearsay evidence.

But the recording didn't matter, because after the seven-week trial Radomski was found not guilty.

Crime Watch Daily reached out to Radomski's former boss for comment, but she hasn't responded.
