SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- (KNXV) -- A scary road rage incident in Scottsdale that lasted nearly half an hour all because the man behind the wheel was intoxicated.
The victim, Fatima Tsouli, described the incident where she was chased by Jowen Noel Moses, 25, as "pure torment."
"I could have died," she said. "I could have lost my life. I mean, 25 minutes and he was not letting up on me."
"He smashed into the back of me as hard as he could," said Tsouli. "I tried to go right and he tried to side swipe me. I tried to go left and he tried to side swipe me."
