Mobile man charged with exposing himself to 4 children

MOBILE, Ala. -- (WPMI) -- On Friday afternoon, December 16, officers responded to the 600 block of Stanton Road for a report of Male Attempting to Entice a Minor.
Roderick Mitchell, 65, reportedly exposed himself to four children in the area.
Mitchell has an extensive rap sheet that includes several instances of indecent exposure, sexual abuse, and public lewdness charges, as well as theft and burglary.
This is the third time in four months he's be accused of exposed himself. One instance was at a courthouse.
