Former judge accused of letting women barter with sex faces up to 80 years in prison

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- (WZTV) -- Former Nashville Judge Casey Moreland has been indicted on federal charges.
The longtime judge is accused of dismissing fines, fixing traffic tickets and even DUI charge in exchange for sex from two women. He was indicted Tuesday with five counts of obstruction of justice.
Counts 1, 2 and 5 of the indictment carry a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison. Counts 3 and 4 carry a maximum of 10 years in prison. Each count also carries a fine of up to $250,000.
