Woman accused in murder-for-hire plot

GASTONIA, N.C. -- (WSOC) -- A Gaston County woman was arrested Monday, accused in a murder-for-hire plot.

Channel 9 was at the courthouse as Gastonia police officers took Jessica Philbeck to jail.
