Seminole Heights homicides: Tampa police release additional video from recent killings

UPDATE Nov. 28, 2017: Police in Tampa said they plan to charge a man who was detained at a McDonald's with four counts of first-degree murder in connection with a series of shooting deaths that authorities had said could be the work of a serial killer.

SEMINOLE HEIGHTS, Fla. -- (WPTV) -- The Tampa Police have released additional video related to the Seminole Heights homicides. Three people were killed in less than two weeks.
At a news conference on Thursday, Tampa Police Interim Police Chief Brian Dugan showed new video of a person leaving the scene at the time of the murder of Benjamin Mitchell.
He also announced the reward is now $35,000, after an additional $10,000 was added to the fund by FDLE.
Police said the victims were killed at random.
Officers are working to calm fears in the community and get the killer off the streets.
