Woman accused of luring in 13-year-old for sex

MATTOON, Ill. -- (WRSP) -- A 22-year-old Mattoon woman was arrested for allegedly grooming a juvenile Friday, May 4.
The charges allege within the past month, Breanna Rhodes used an electronic communication device to interact with a 13-year-old male.
During the interaction, Rhodes allegedly spoke about wanting to perform sexual acts with the child.
