Police: Man caught masturbating on balcony above pool

PETALUMA, Calif. -- (KRON) -- A man is accused of indecent exposure after allegedly masturbating above a pool in Petaluma on Sunday, according to Petaluma Police Department.
Around 7:30 p.m. officers responded to an apartment complex on the 150 block of Ellis St.
Callers reported a man, later identified as 24-year-old Rolando Ramirez, was masturbating on his balcony that overlooks the complex's pool.
Witnesses identified Ramirez to officers and he was arrested.
