Pennsylvania man charged with murdering girlfriend's toddler son

OLD LYCOMING TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WNEP) -- Old Lycoming Township Police charged Jason Forsyth, 22, with murder, aggravated assault and involuntary manslaughter in the death of 19-month-old Ky'mani Moore.
Ky'mani's mother Alyssa Carpenter -- Forsyth's girlfriend -- told police that Forsyth was living with them at the time. She said Forsyth was the only person to have made contact with Ky'mani the morning that he was found unresponsive at home. The toddler died later that day in December 2018.
The autopsy showed the child suffered from several fractures to both the head and ribs area. The report also stated that the toddler had several marks and bruises from prior instances.
