Virginia woman wanted for stabbing husband in chest

PETERSBURG, Va. (WTVR) -- Authorities are asking for the public's help to locate a woman wanted for stabbing her husband early Sunday morning in Petersburg.
Officers were called to the 600 block of Wesley Street for a report of a person stabbed just after 1:05 a.m., according to officials with Petersburg Police.
The victim's injury was serious in nature and he was transported to a local area hospital, police said.
Police said victim's wife, 53-year-old Frances Woodson, is wanted for the crime.
Woodson is described as a black female, 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair.
