SANTA ANA, Calif. (TCD) --
A California man was sentenced to 2.5 years in county jail Tuesday for assaulting a coworker with his semen in liquids she consumed and on work equipment she used, the Orange County District Attorney's Office announced.
Stevens Millancastro, 30, was convicted in September on three misdemeanor counts of assault and two misdemeanor counts of battery. The judge also ordered him to register as a sex offender on Tuesday.
Millancastro and the woman he assaulted worked together in La Palma, a city about 10 miles west of Anaheim, from 2014 to 2017, the OCDA said.
"He masturbated eight times at work in 2016 and deposited his semen in her honey jar and spread his semen onto her office keyboard and mouse. The victim consumed the honey for a period of time not knowing it contained Millancastro's semen. He also ejaculated into three of her water bottles which she noticed to be cloudy each time and threw away," according to the Orange County D.A.'s Office.
The victim reported the discoloration of the water in her bottle to the office manager after the third time. A surveillance camera was then set up in her office, and the next day, Millancastro was seen on the surveillance footage entering her office, where the victim later touched her computer mouse that was smeared with semen. The woman filed a report with La Palma Police, and Millancastro was arrested following an investigation.
