Armed, dangerous fugitive wanted in duck-blind shooting of 2 men in Tennessee

OBION COUNTY, Tenn. (TCD) --
Authorities were searching for a 70-year-old armed and dangerous homicide suspect in northeast Tennessee Tuesday.
Tennessee Bureau of Investigation special agents asked for the public's help in locating David Vowell, TBI announced Monday.
Two men were found dead "on Reelfoot Lake in Obion County" Monday morning. They were identified as Chance Black, 26, and Zachery Grooms, 25.
Vowell has no adult arrest history record in Tennessee, according to the TBI.
Witnesses to the scene, or anyone who may have seen Vowell or may know his whereabouts is asked to call 1-800-TBI-FIND.
WREG-TV reports Weakley County authorities said the men were out hunting and confirmed that Black was the son of Weakley County Sheriff's Dept. Chief Deputy Mark Black. Black and Grooms were reportedly shot at a duck blind on Reelfoot Lake.
