Kentucky man accused of fatally shooting his brother and sister-in-law

GLASGOW, Ky. (TCD) -- A 21-year-old man was arrested Thursday after allegedly shooting his brother and sister-in-law inside a residence.
The Glasgow Police Department wrote in a statement that officers responded to a shooting call on North Race Street. When they arrived, Glasgow Police reportedly found a female and male victim deceased inside. They were identified as David Pace, 24, and Brittany Pace, 22.
According to WBKO-TV, suspect Cody Bacon was standing outside the home waving his arms in the air. Glasgow Police Department said Bacon was holding a "weapon in his hands." A citation obtained by WBKO reports Bacon "began to state he was sorry for what he done."
Glasgow Police took Bacon into custody and charged him with two counts of murder and two counts of wanton endangerment. Barren County Jail records show he was being held without bail.
WBKO reports Bacon told officers he was "tired of his brother and sister-in-law arguing/fussing with the children." According to WNKY-TV, Bacon allegedly used a 9mm handgun and emptied it after the shooting.
