HAWTHORNE, Calif. (TCD) -- A 40-year-old father was beaten to death outside a sports lounge after reportedly trying to run a group of people over late Saturday night.
According to KTLA-TV, Melguin Lopez-Santos was allegedly asked to leave Rock It Sports Lounge on Hawthorne Boulevard following a verbal argument just after 2 a.m.
Surveillance video obtained by KABC-TV shows reportedly shows Lopez-Santos returning to the sidewalk outside the bar with his truck and attempting to run over the group of patrons.
