In this week's True Crime Daily Podcast: A Florida woman who went missing in September is found dead in a canal, and police say the suspect has confessed to her murder (45:43). Last year, the suspect was released from prison after serving 25 years of a 40-year sentence -- and that's the second time he got out of prison early. The woman's family is furious and is demanding answers. Plus, Robert Durst (3:24), convicted in September of the 2000 murder of Susan Berman in Los Angeles, has been sentenced to life in prison without parole. The 78-year-old Durst is currently hospitalized with COVID, and there's more potential legal trouble for him in New York. Criminal defense attorney Alison Triessl joins host Ana Garcia.
