Alabama church youth leader accused of sexually abusing 15-year-old high school student

Albertville, Ala. (TCD) -- A 26-year-old church youth leader was arrested this week for allegedly sexually abusing a 15-year-old high school boy.
According to the Huntsville Real-Time News, the suspect, 26-year-old Allison Brianna Cookston Stone, was a youth leader at the Church of God of Union Assembly. The victim was reportedly a student from Boaz High School.
The Marshall County Sheriff's Office told WAAY-TV that the victim was part of Stone's youth group, but the alleged abuse occurred outside the church. Authorities reportedly believe that the abuse had been going on for months. The parents of the victim allegedly knew about the sexual relationship.
According to records, Stone was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 23 and charged with second-degree sodomy and second-degree sexual abuse. She was reportedly released that evening on $60,000 bond.
According to WAAY, Stone is prohibited from making any contact with the victim or the victim's family.
