Wife allegedly finds 50-year-old husband in bed with 7-year-old

LANDON, S.C. (TCD) -- A 50-year-old man was taken into custody after his wife allegedly found him in bed with a young girl.
According to court documents cited by WCIV-TV, Anthony Furman’s wife reportedly came home and saw him with a 7-year-old under sheets allegedly pulled up to their necks. The wife reportedly pulled the sheets down and Furman moved his hands away from the girl.
Court documents say the wife asked the 7-year-old what happened, and the child allegedly said Furman was "Touching her private parts."
WCBD-TV reports Furman fled the scene but was apprehended by the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office.
Court records show Furman was charged with sex/criminal sexual conduct with a minor and commit/attempt lewd act with victim under 16 years old and actor over 14 years old. According to Charleston County Jail records, Furman’s bond is set at $30,000.
