Texas tutor, 68, accused of sexually assaulting juvenile students

PLANO, Texas (TCD) -- A 68-year-old man was arrested last week after allegedly sexually assaulting students he was tutoring.
According to a press release from the Plano Police Department, on March 10 at approximately 10 a.m., officers received a report of a sex offense incident involving a minor. The victim’s mother reportedly met with officers and told them her daughter was assaulted by her tutor.
According to police, two other juvenile students were interviewed by authorities and also made allegations against the same tutor, Jerry Tsai. A warrant was reportedly issued for Tsai’s arrest.
According to police, Tsai was arrested March 31 without incident and charged with three counts of indecency with a child by sex contact.
Police say they are looking for more potential victims.
