PLANO, Texas (TCD) -- A 27-year-old man was arrested and charged after allegedly looking into homes on multiple occasions.
On Sept. 15 at approximately 11 p.m., Plano Police Department officers responded to the 800 block of Bellflower Drive to a report of disorderly conduct, police said in a news release. At the scene, authorities reportedly learned that a woman used surveillance footage and witnessed a male looking into her home through a window.
Police said the suspect was described as a white man with distinctive tattoos on both arms wearing a T-shirt, light-colored pants, and dark shoes. Police later identified him as Christian Eli Hardin-Hoffman.
Police spokeswoman Jennifer Chapman told the Dallas Morning News that the man allegedly returned to the same home on Sept. 18 and peeped through the window again. Children were reportedly inside the home at the time but not in the room the suspect was peeping in.
Police announced that the "bright-eyed peeper" was arrested Oct. 4 in connection with the case. He was reportedly booked into jail for indecent exposure with a $2,500 bond. He was also cited for disorderly conduct for the incident on Sept. 18, according to police.
