GREEN BAY, Wis. (TCD) -- A 27-year-old woman was arrested on several charges for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a teenage boy and sending him explicit content.
Brown County Jail records show Kaitlyn Skar was booked into the Brown County Jail on charges of repeated sexual assault of same child, child enticement, first-degree sexual assault/rape, exposing minors to harmful material, intentionally contributing to delinquency of a child, and harassment — fear of death.
According to WBAY-TV, the victim's mother went to Green Bay Police and said Skar had sex with her 13-year-old son on multiple occasions and was threatening him. Skar also allegedly told the teen she would have people come beat him up.
Skar and the boy reportedly met because she lives near the victim's aunt, WLUK-TV reports. She allegedly offered him cookies and a "puff" on her vape pen, then they exchanged phone numbers. The two reportedly communicated via Facebook Messenger, and according to court documents cited by WLUK, they messaged about "cuddling, holding hands and watching movies."
Skar allegedly told the boy their messages were "making her horny," and she recorded explicit videos of herself. The two reportedly had sex at her apartment.
According to WLUK, Skar reportedly became upset with the teen because he didn't answer her video chat call, and the boy allegedly said he cheated on her. Skar, however, said the victim "didn't know what cheating was" because he was "only 16 years old."
She allegedly threatened him and later apologized because she "wasn't trying to go to jail."
Skar reportedly told police she believed the boy was 16.
Her bond is set at $10,000.
