'Jackass' Star Bam Margera accused of assaulting his brother and fleeing

POCOPSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (TCD) -- Pennsylvania State Police have issued an arrest warrant for "Jackass" star Brandon "Bam" Margera, who allegedly punched his brother and threatened to kill him.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, on April 23 at approximately 11 a.m., troopers from the Avondale Station responded to the 400 block of Hickory Hill Road to a report of a disturbance. The "Jackass" star allegedly got into a physical altercation with Jesse Margera and fled the scene on foot through a dense wooded area before officials arrived, court documents show.
Court documents state that Jesse Margera informed authorities that on April 23 at around 8 a.m., Bam Margera began to bang on and kick his locked bedroom door. Jesse exited his bedroom and reportedly discovered a handwritten note that read, "If you even f--king think of calling the police on me, I will officially f--k you up," signed "Bam."
Jesse then went to the kitchen and allegedly found his brother "urinating in the sink." According to court documents, the victim said Bam became aggressive and "began punching him, striking him in the right eye/nose and left ear." Bam also allegedly grabbed the victim’s right arm. Troopers reported that the victim sustained an abrasion/laceration to his left ear, along with an abrasion on his right bicep.
After the physical altercation, Bam allegedly threatened to kill his brother and three others in the house, stating, "I’ll kill you. I’ll put a bullet in your head."
State police obtained an arrest warrant for Bam Margera on charges of simple assault, harassment, and terroristic threats with the intent to terrorize another. As of April 24, state police have not yet located him.
Bam Margera is known for "Jackass" the TV series and movies. Jesse Margera, a drummer for the band CKY, often had his music featured in the "Jackass" franchise.
