2 arrested and 3 wanted after mass shooting in Hollywood, Florida, injures 9

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. (TCD) -- Police are searching for suspects they allege opened fire on a beach boardwalk as people were out celebrating Memorial Day, injuring four juveniles and five adults.
According to Hollywood Police, on Monday, May 29, officers responded to a shooting call near Johnson Street and found multiple people suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Police officers assisted in aiding the victims until paramedics arrived, who transported them to Memorial Regional Hospital and Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital.
The four minors ranged in age from 1 to 17, and the adults were between ages 25 and 65.
Police said an altercation occurred between two groups of people, which led to the gunfire.
In an updated news release, Hollywood Police said they arrested two people on firearm charges, but they were not the suspected shooters. Three others remain wanted and police are trying to positively identify them.
Hollywood Police shared surveillance photos of the suspected shooters. One is dressed in a gray sweatshirt and black Adidas joggers, a second in a yellow sweatshirt and black pants, and the third in a black sweatshirt with gray Adidas joggers and a patterned backpack.
Investigators recovered five handguns, two of which were stolen.
Police said three victims have been discharged from the hospital and the six others are in stable condition.
