FREDERICK, Md. (TCD) -- A 33-year-old father faces child abuse charges after his baby was treated for multiple fractured bones this month.
On July 19, Child Protective Services reported possible child abuse to the Frederick Police Department after a 6-week-old infant was transported to the Frederick Health Hospital and then to the Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C., for several fractured bones and other severe injuries.
