Who's telling the truth: Brock Orwig or Leigh Orwig?

Leigh Orwig called police and said her estranged husband, Brock Orwig, viciously attacked her and tried to kill her. When cops arrived, they found Brock in the detached garage with a butcher knife sticking out of his back. He said Leigh was the one who attacked and stabbed him.
