Video footage allegedly reveals driver engaging in sex acts on school bus

DOVER, Del. (TCN) -- A 62-year-old school bus driver has been charged with patronizing a prostitute after video footage allegedly showed him engaging in sex acts with a woman on a bus.
The Dover Police Department announced that a school district employee was reviewing footage from an unrelated incident and found video from Jan. 6 showing driver Alvin Rohm allegedly picking up a woman, driving to a different area, engaging in sex acts with her, and paying her. The school district then turned over the footage to the Dover Police Department.
Rohm was arrested without incident Jan. 12 and charged with lewdness and patronizing a prostitute within 1,000 feet of school, resident, church, or place.
According to NBC Philadelphia, Rohm is not employed by the school district; he was employed by a contracted bus service.
After Rohm’s arrest, the Caesar Rodney School District issued a statement that Rohm was no longer employed by the contractor and that no students were involved or in danger, WMDT reports.
According to the police department, Rohm was released on an own recognizance bond.
