CASA GRANDE, Ariz. (TCD) -- A 21-year-old man faces four counts of first-degree murder after he allegedly killed four of his relatives, including his parents.
According to the Pinal County Sheriff's Office, on Sept. 4 at 1:45 p.m., deputies received a "frantic 911 call" from a residence at West Rosemead Drive and North Bel Air Road near Casa Grande. Law enforcement officials arrived at the scene and reportedly found four people deceased. They named Richard Wilson Jr. as the alleged perpetrator.
The Sheriff's Office identified the victims as the suspect's father, 47-year-old Richard Wilson, his mother, 50-year-old Ellen Otterman, his 16-year-old sister, Rudy Wilson, and his 5-year-old niece, ReNaya White.
Wilson was reportedly still at the scene when deputies got there. He was taken into custody and booked on four counts of first-degree murder. His bond is set at $2.5 million.
AZ Family reports Rudy called 911 to report her parents and the little girl had been beaten up. Dispatchers reportedly heard screaming in the background.
At the scene, Pinal County deputies reportedly saw Wilson leaving a trailer, and he allegedly said, "I'm over here. Take me to jail."
Deputies reportedly have a history at the Wilson household. AZ Family reports Sept. 4 was the tenth time officials had gone to the home in a span of three years.
Wilson reportedly worked for the Casa Grande Elementary School District as a maintenance employee. ReNaya had just begun her kindergarten year at Desert Willow Elementary School.
Casa Grande Elementary School District Superintendent Adam Leckie said in a statement Wilson was "well-liked by his co-workers and was known to be devoted to his family."
He also described ReNaya as a "happy, energetic, curious, loving girl."
