Pa. man accused of raping woman having a seizure, assaulting her kids

HARRISBURG, Pa. (TCD) -- Police arrested a 28-year-old man they allege sexually assaulted a young girl and her mother on multiple occasions, including one time while the mother was having a seizure.
On March 30, Harrisburg Police announced officers arrested Yeury Jimenez-Sanchez on counts of rape, indecent assault, simple assault, burglary, endangering the welfare of children, sexual assault, criminal trespassing, and more.
According to court documents cited by Penn Live, Jimenez-Sanchez allegedly broke into the victim's home on the 400 block of South 15th Street several times between 2021 and August 2022 and sexually assaulted her. Jimenez-Sanchez reportedly broke though doors and windows in order to get inside.
He is accused of holding the woman's hands being her back and making her engage in sexual acts with him. This allegedly occurred in front of her children on some occasions.
Penn Live reports one of the woman's children attempted to call police, but Jimenez-Sanchez allegedly threatened her at gunpoint and said he would kill her. He allegedly punched another daughter in the face, too. Jimenez-Sanchez allegedly went into one of the girl's rooms, who was younger than 13 years old, touched her, and said she "had a better body than her mom."
Jimenez-Sanchez's bond is set at $500,000.
