Unsolved: Young couple found murdered in Las Vegas apartment

A Nevada judge is in hot water and facing serious charges after being accused of getting improperly involved in a double homicide investigation among other allegations, KTNV reports.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Melanie Tobiasson had reached out to Sydney Land's mother and “began to personally investigate the case, in part, because she believed that Valentine had committed the murders,” according to the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline.
