KENT COUNTY, Del. (WPMT) -- Investigators from the Smyrna Police Department and members of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Delaware Division of Forensic Science released forensic facial reconstructions they hope will lead to the identification of an unidentified girl.
The girl's remains were found near the Little Lass softball fields in Smyrna, Del. on September 13.
Police say the girl was Caucasian or Hispanic, likely between 2 and 5 years old. She had slightly wavy brown hair and may have suffered from a chronic illness, based on an anthropological examination of her remains.
Tipsters may remain anonymous.
