California P.E. teacher and coach accused of giving drugs to football players

IRVINE, Calif. (TCD) -- A 30-year-old teacher and coach was arrested recently after allegedly providing drugs to football players at the school.
According to KTLA-TV, Anthony Fullman, who works at Portola High School as a part-time physical education teacher and assistant coach of the football team, allegedly gave Adderall to a few players on the team. School staff reportedly notified police about the allegations on Monday, May 9.
Upon further investigation, KTLA reports that Fullman allegedly provided the drugs during the 2021 football season.
According to KCBS-TV, Fullman was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, furnishing a controlled substance to a minor, and an enhancement for furnishing a controlled substance to a minor on a school campus.
Fullman was reportedly placed on administrative leave by the Irvine Unified School District. He was employed with the district for two years.
