SALT LAKE CITY (KSTU) -- Salt Lake City police officers responding Friday to reports of a man driving a stolen golf cart apprehended 54-year-old William Bradley. Police say he was covered in blood and told them he had "been in a fight with the Terminator and killed him."
Robert Carter, 58, was later found dead in Bradley's apartment. Detectives believe Carter died of blunt force trauma, the Deseret News reports.
Bradley was taken to the hospital for cuts and bruises. While there, police say he became combative, assaulting an emergency room doctor, two security guards and a police officer. An emergency room doctor stated that Bradley was under the influence of meth, the Deseret News reports.
Bradley faces charges of murder, theft, and several counts of assault.
