Man allegedly sexually assaulted 6-year-old girl at store while her mother was turned away

WOODBRIDGE, Va. (TCN) -- A 21-year-old man stands accused of sexually assaulting a young girl at a grocery store while her mother was turned away.
On July 12, the Prince William County Police Department responded to the Sam's Club on Worth Avenue. Police allege a 6-year-old girl was shopping with her family when Justin Nguyen approached her.
According to police, Nguyen allegedly inappropriately touched the girl while her mother was turned away. The victim's mother confronted the suspect, who reportedly left the store and got into a car. Authorities obtained his license plate info and located him at his home.
Police arrested Nguyen on a charge of aggravated sexual battery. His court date is pending.
