Florida caregiver and her husband accused of killing 89-year-old woman

PONCE INLET, Fla. (TCD) -- A 22-year-old caregiver and her 24-year-old husband were arrested for allegedly shooting an 89-year-old woman to death this week.
According to a press release from the Ponce Inlet Police Department, officers responded to 4670 Links Village Drive on the morning of Jan. 5 to a report of a person shot. At the scene, officers reportedly found an 89-year-old woman, Margaret D. Hindsley, suffering from gunshot wounds. Police say she was transported to Halifax Hospital, where she later died.
According to police, Tyden Guinn and his wife, Micayla Yusco, were taken into custody "after admitting to a relative that they shot the victim." Authorities reportedly recovered the car they drove, as well as the gun believed to be used in the incident.
Guinn and Yusco were arrested and charged with first-degree murder and armed burglary. The two were booked into the Volusia County Jail.
According to police, Yusco was the caregiver for Hindsley. She reportedly visited the victim twice a day for care.
