MANHEIM TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WGAL) -- A York County mother and grandfather are charged with endangering the welfare of three young children, police said.
Northern York County Regional police arrested Heather Perry, 39, and William Perry, 63.
Officers received a report about 5 p.m. Wednesday of three unsupervised children running around a horse pasture. According to police, one of the children reportedly wasn't wearing clothes, despite an outside temperature of about 50 degrees.
The children -- ages 5, 6 and 9 -- were found unharmed at a home on Blue Hill Road, police said.
Police said they have been called to the Perry home four times this year for investigations of the children walking off the property without clothes or unsupervised.
York County Children and Youth Families took custody of the children, according to police.
