Sullivan County jail records reveal Megan Boswell, the mother at the center of a statewide AMBER alert, is not pregnant, WCYB reports.
Megan Boswell previously stated to that she was pregnant, which is why she was not able to take a polygraph test.
"I am pregnant ... that's why they wont give me a polygraph. Due to policy if you are pregnant they will not give you one."
"She was never asked to meet us for a polygraph," said Sullivan County Sheriff Jeff Cassidy. "We don't have a polygraph examiner. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation does the polygraphs and we never set up any interview for her."

BLOUNTVILLE, Tenn. (WREG) -- Megan Boswell, the mother of missing 15-month-old Tennessee girl Evelyn Boswell, has been arrested for filing a false police report.
The Bristol Herald Courier reported Tuesday night that Megan Boswell was charged with one count of filing a false police report, according to the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office.
Boswell is accused of providing detectives and and agents with a number of conflicting statements during the investigation, according to the Herald Courier.

Boswell told WJHL-TV on Monday that her mother took Evelyn Mae Boswell to a campground in Virginia. Authorities later searched the area and didn't find the girl, the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office told the station late Monday.
The child's grandmother, Angela Boswell, and her boyfriend, William McCloud, were arrested last week in North Carolina on fugitive warrants unrelated to the toddler's disappearance, according to the Wilkes County Sheriff's Dept.
The TBI said Evelyn's mother and grandmother have given conflicting dates and accounts about the girl's disappearance.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation initially said the child hadn't been seen since December 26, but Sullivan County Sheriff Jeff Cassidy said said he believed Evelyn hadn't been seen since December 10 or 11, when a babysitter last reported seeing the child. The baby's grandfather reported her missing. She was not reported as a missing child until February 18, 2020, according to the TBI. An AMBER Alert was launched on February 19.
