KELLOGG, Idaho (TCD) -- A 31-year-old was arrested on suspicion of murder this week after he allegedly shot and killed his neighbors following an argument.
On Sunday, June 18, at approximately 7:20 p.m., the Shoshone County 911 dispatch center got a call from someone who reported several people were killed at a home on the 500 block of West Brown Avenue.
Kellogg Police responded to the scene and located four deceased people. They detained a 31-year-old, who was later identified as Majorjon Kaylor. Kellogg Police requested assistance from the Idaho State Police, who went to the scene and took over the investigation.
According to Idaho State Police, the shooting took place "after a dispute between neighbors occurred."
Kaylor is being charged with four counts of first-degree murder and one count of burglary.
The Shoshone News-Press identified the victims as Kenna Guardipee, Kenneth Guardipee, Devin Smith, and a juvenile who is referred to in court documents as A.S. Kaylor reportedly lived on the second floor of the apartment building and the victims were one floor below.
The judge ordered Kaylor to remain held without bond.
If convicted, Kaylor faces up to life in prison or the death penalty if prosecutors decide to seek it.
