WEST ALLIS, Wis. (TCD) -- A 73-year-old former law enforcement worker was recently arrested and charged with child porn.
According to a news release from the Wisconsin Department of Justice, on Nov. 22, a search warrant was obtained and executed at Robert Reynolds’ home after three cyber tips of child sexual assault material were sent to the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
During an interview, Reynolds reportedly said that he "habitually viewed child pornography and as long as he stops viewing it, then it is 'no harm, no foul.'"
Reynolds’ wife told investigators that her husband was always on the computer, but she believed that he was playing solitaire, TMJ-TV reports.
The criminal complaint obtained by TMJ alleges that Reynolds, a retired West Allis police sergeant, had viewed partially nude content of young girls –– from toddlers to 10 and 12 years old.
The Department of Justice said Reynolds was arrested and charged with four counts of possession of child pornography.
Reynolds appeared in court on Nov. 25, according to the Department of Justice.
