BROOKLYN, New York (TCD) -- A 14-year-old girl remains missing after she reportedly disappeared while babysitting her younger siblings last week.
According to the New York Police Department, Aunisty Elliott was last seen Wednesday, July 27, near 481 Prospect Place in Brooklyn's Prospect Heights neighborhood wearing a black shirt with the phrase "the fresh senior" on it.
WPIX-TV reports Aunisty's mom, Raquel Elliott, said the teen was watching her 12-year-old brother and 10-year-old sister while she was at work. Aunisty's siblings reportedly told their mom Aunisty wasn't inside and they thought she was playing a prank on them.
Raquel told CBS New York she and Aunisty are "inseparable."
She urged, "If you have her, bring her home. You can drop her off at any police station."
Not long before Aunisty disappeared, she and her mom reportedly got into an argument because Raquel took her computer away for staying on it too late, WPIX reports.
According to NBC New York, the NYPD has seized Aunisty's laptop, interviewed her friends, searched hospitals, and more in hopes of locating the teen's whereabouts.
Aunisty's family has been holding rallies and sharing fliers with her information on it. Her mom told WPIX, "Aunisty, if you see me, know that I love you with all my heart and soul and there is nothing you could do to make me upset."
Raquel added, "I'm worried. I'm worried."
