CLEVELAND (TCD) -- A 43-year-old man reportedly turned himself in to authorities in Pennsylvania less than a week after his missing girlfriend was found shot to death on a property in Allegheny County.
Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County list Anthony Kennedy as "in custody." According to Trib Live, Kennedy went to Allegheny County Police on Wednesday, Nov. 30, to surrender. He is reportedly now in custody of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and is being held at the Allegheny County Jail.
Kennedy’s attorney, Blaine Jones, told WOIO-TV, "He did not want any harm to come to him or his family. Quite frankly, he wanted to face the charges."
Twenty-three-year-old Adrianna Kiri Taylor’s family reportedly last heard from her Oct. 8, and she was reported missing Nov. 13, WJW-TV reports. Her body was found on Thanksgiving — Nov. 24 — in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania. She reportedly had suffered a gunshot wound to the head, and the Allegheny County Medical Examiner determined her manner of death was homicide.
Taylor and Kennedy were reportedly in a relationship, and the two lived together on West 98th Street in Cleveland.
According to WOIO, Taylor’s body was discovered in a tote bag, which had allegedly been hidden in another construction bag and covered in concrete. Wilkinsburg Police told WOIO a neighbor’s Ring camera caught "suspicious activity in front of the home."
