Missouri teen charged with murder in fight, fatal shooting

BLUE SUMMIT, Mo. (WDAF) -- A Missouri 17-year-old is charged with murder after allegedly shooting a man in a fight outside a gas station early Sunday morning.
According charging documents, 36-year-old Jason Juszczyk walked out of a gas station at 8301 E. Truman Road around 1:30 a.m. Sunday.
He and 17-year-old Camryn Wilkins reportedly began arguing when Juszczyk allegedly threatened a group of four people, telling them to leave. Juszczyk allegedly then grabbed Wilkins by the neck and pushed him against a wall.
As others separated the two, Wilkins allegedly pulled out a gun and fired at least five shots, striking Juszczyk in the torso. Juszczyk was hospitalized, where he later died.
Court documents said the incident was recorded on surveillance video.
Wilkins faces one count of second-degree murder and one count of armed criminal action.
