Exclusive 'Baby Gabriel' update: Mother extradited for probation violation

UPDATE April 8: Elizabeth Johnson appeared in Maricopa County court Friday morning.
Crime Watch Daily has exclusively learned that Elizabeth Johnson was extradited to her home state of Arizona to face charges related to her probation violations in New Mexico.
Johnson was booked back into jail in downtown Phoenix Thursday at 1:30 p.m. local time, ABC15 reports.
Johnson's probation revocation arraignment hearing was scheduled for April 14, 2016.
The extradition follows Johnson's arrest last week, which Crime Watch Daily was also the first to learn.
Johnson, the woman made famous by the headline-making “Baby Gabriel” case, claimed to have given Gabriel to a couple in San Antonio. Johnson served five years in prison for the 2009 disappearance and was released on probation in 2014.
Crime Watch Daily was also the first to speak to baby Gabriel's father, Logan McQueary, since Johnson's probation violations.
“She's off running around, going on vacations, doing whatever she wants. Gabriel's out there somewhere and we're still looking for him, but she doesn't care,” said McQueary exclusively to Crime Watch Daily.
Johnson is potentially facing four violations of her probation, ABC15 reports.
One of the violations is a trip she took to Arizona that was broadcasted on social media and caught by sleuths who follow her posts. The woman she visited, who is now in jail herself, has a lengthy criminal history which is also a violation of Johnson's probation. The petition to revoke probation also says she failed to notify authorities of her November 2015 marriage.
